We tried them on for the first time on Saturday. He tolerated it for about a minute and that was enough.
We eased into it today by starting with his Easter hat.
Grandpa chatted him up a little....
And there were no complaints this time. Maybe because today was actually Easter Sunday.
He forgot that he had the ears on after a couple minutes. He was giving the rabbit a funny look as if to say, "dude, nice ears."

Grandpa Dave looks pretty good in the ears. I wish your Mommy would have taken a picture of you when Grandpa had the ears on to see what your reaction was. It was to bad there wasn't two sets of ears so you could have had your picture together. Maybe you Mommy can put the two of you together in a picture.

HAPPY 1ST EASTER, GUS!
We hope the Easter Bunny found his new stop in Chaska, MN. He still managed to find his way to our house even though we are ages 19, 17 & 13! Never grow up and always believe!
