Babies and Plants

We're back from our Minot trip. Steph and Mike's reception was great. We're so happy for those two kids.

Steve-O and Debi sure know how to throw a great party. A little eating, Norwegian golf, ping-pong, a little more eating, and visiting with friends and family were all on the agenda. Nothing's better than getting back to Minot to visit, but once again the trip was too short.

While we were back we did manage to stop in for quick visits with our friends Tadd & Jody and Shane & Christy. Tadd and Jody's twin girls sure are cute. They're 10 months old now and quite a handful. Shane and Christy are spending some time in Minot for the summer since Shane teaches and has the summer off. Quinn is now 18 months and was in non-stop motion when we were there. Ella is now 6 months and already turning over on her belly.

Here's a picture of Tadd and the girls:

On the way home we stopped in Fargo and met our newest friend who was only 3 days old. Congratulations to our friends Mike and Rachel on their first child! Here's me holding the little baby Ava Lauren... and yes her shirt does say "Party in My Crib, 2 a.m."

We don't have any pictures of Shane's kids but if you know Shane just picture him 1 foot tall. Quinn is a spitting image.

Our plants survived the weekend with us away. We thought we should show a few pictures of their progress.

Here's my secret to making them grow. Water.

We had our first harvest of the year. We're just about ready to stop going to the grocery store.

The petunias are growing like crazy.

Have you ever played those Where's Waldo books?

It wasn't quite ripe but I couldn't resist:

Good night.
Ross
