Typical day for a 2 year old

Well, almost. It was typical other than the fact that I felt the need to photograph his every move on this, his 2nd birthday. Am I a crazy mother? Yes, probably, but it's sooo cute when you ask him how old he is and he doesn't hesitate to hold his hand up high, flash a 2 and say "twoooo!". He will do it anytime we ask him. So I decided to capture a couple moments from the morning of his second birthday. They are from my phone so please pardon the fuzziness.

Ross made him his favorite breakfast of all time: 2 eggs, scrambled, with cheese, and toast.

Here he is walking into school, feeling pretty old. I usually carry him because of moving vehicles, but not today! Oh no, we are turning over a new leaf now that he's 2. He can walk in on his own.

He was greeted by a birthday poster on the door of his classroom. Kind of a big deal when you're 2.

Happy Birthday, buddy!
