God Bless America and Grandparents, Too

We spent the long holiday weekend in Minot and Gus loved every second of his freedom. He gets to do almost anything with his grandparents as long as it isn't dangerous.

This first shot is from Fargo, the day before we left for Minot. A neighborhood community bank hosted a family night which included one of those huge blow up jumping castles. Gus was pretty small but he liked it anyway.

And here begins the Minot shots. Activities included running up and down hills, a visit to the zoo, riding a new horse, mutant ninja turtles, water activities, riding bikes, picnics, and finally organ-playing. All of the above included Grandparents and/or Great-Grandmothers and an uncle which was great. Ross and I had a relaxing weekend!

I added the below pic to our Parents-Of-The-Year submission folder. Between this shot and the water bucket from our camping trip, we hope to win POTY in the safety category.

Anddddd, back on the road.

Looks like you had a fun weekend! Wish you could've been in Fargo, though!
